Robin will discuss the current status of the marijuana bills in the MI legislature. HB 4209: Establishes a major new governmental department to handle medical marijuana growing, selling, transportation and production. HB 4210 re-legalizes the use of concentrated and non-smoked forms of cannabis for registered patients, controls their production, labeling and transfer. HB 4827 establishes a seed-to-sale marijuana tracking program for commercial entities.
