An Update to Bloom’s COVID-19 Response Plan

Bloom City Club has updated its safety measures in response to COVID-19 and the new regulations set forth in the Governor’s Executive Order 2020-110. Bloom’s new guidelines are subject to change as the orders change, which seems to be frequently these days!

Starting on June 4th, our lobby will be open with a limited capacity. Customers will be added to a waiting list if Bloom has reached its capacity limits. Additionally, appointments are also available if you want to call ahead. And don’t fret – Bloom is still open for curbside pickup, home delivery, and carryout window service. As excited as we are to see you face-to-face, please continue to use these options as much as possible.

Because of limited capacity, customers are asked to shop in-store alone. Exceptions will be made for caregivers or for one additional person in your household who is involved in your medical decisions. If you need to bring someone with you, please let us know ahead of time so that we can accommodate accordingly.

You are required to wear a face-covering inside Bloom, and for security purposes, we will ask you to briefly remove your mask for identification and so we can see your smiling face! Everyone’s health and safety is our first concern.

We look forward to hosting you back in our shop and are excited about this first step towards returning to the new normal!
